How long does it take to get my refund back?

Refund Timeline: Products can be returned within 10 days of purchased by same condition as received, with original packaging and accessories.

Once we receive your returned product our technical team will inspect the device condition then we will process your refund. 

kindly note: for the refund to reflect in your account approximately will take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: For COD orders, refunds will be provided as a voucher with lifetime validity or upon inspection of the returned product, our team will hand over the refund amount directly to the customer at the time of collection.

Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Warranty

How do I claim the warranty?

Directly on our website, you can raise a claim with all the details. In case of a defect, we will take care of picking it up, fixing or replacing it, and sending it right back to you.

What does the 3-month warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Issues caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs.

  • To file a warranty claim for renewed or refurbished items:

    2. Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
    3. Our technical team will reach out to you with in 24 hours and collect the item bring back to our service center for inspection.
  • Customers can also claims warranty for brand-new devices directly with the manufacturer.
